2What are the requirements for walk-in client?
Here are the requirements needed if you are:

Employed:
  • Certificate of Employment issued by HRD or other authorized signatory of the company with accompanying disclosure on monthly gross salary
  • Latest 2 months pay slips
  • Two Valid Identification Cards
  • Latest Two Years Income Tax Return
  • Other Proof of Other Sources of Income
  • Marriage Contract for married applicants
  • 2 x 2 ID pictures of borrower and spouse
3Are gemstones included in the appraisal value?
No, gemstones are not included in the appraising the value of the gold
4How long would it take to know the status of my loan application?
The processing of your loan would only take 1 day upon submission of the complete requirements
